Items on Sale: Are non-refundable.  All sales are final for discounted products.

Personalized Items: Are non-refundable.


Hugs Today Jewelry designs seen on your finished product may not be exactly the same size as it appears on the rendering in the editing phase. This is due to our convenient closeup viewing which provides an easier design process. This is not a flaw but instead something to keep in mind when designing your pieces of jewelry. 

Also, due to differences in monitors and settings the colors may appear slightly different on finished products than they appear on your visual devices. We can not issue refunds for these custom orders. Our products are not stocked in a warehouse waiting for a new home. Our unique products require hands on craftsmanship, inspection, and processing and love before we can send them on their way.  Generally, these can not be refunded due to the elaborate costs of each order and our interest in keeping our services affordable.

Possible Refund:

If your order has a defect we will first and foremost attempt to resolve that issue after receiving verification of the flaw or defect referenced.

If applicable provide invoice or order number and account number. Provide as much information as possible.
